Due to the perishable nature of our fresh meat and artisan products, we are unable to accept physical returns, but we are committed to resolving any issues with your order immediately. If your delivery is damaged or does not meet our high standards, please follow the steps below for a full review and resolution.

Return Process

    Inspect Your Order

    Upon arrival, please check your meat products and packaging to ensure everything is present and arrived at the correct temperature.

    Document Issues

    If there is a problem, take clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging, including the courier label, within 24 hours of delivery.

    Contact Customer Support

    Email our butchery team at hello@swaledale.co.uk with your order number and the photos to report a quality concern or missing item.

    Resolution Process

    Our team will review your claim and, where appropriate, issue a refund to your original payment method or arrange for a replacement shipment.
